Pumpkins: Not for Carving, for Eating đŸŽƒ

Hey friends, it’s Chubs again—your fluffy fall-loving pony with an important seasonal announcement:

Pumpkins are not just decorations. They’re SNACKS.

Seriously. Every fall, the hoomans start bringing home pumpkins. Some are little and cute, some are big and bumpy, and some get weird faces carved into them with candles stuck inside. Which… okay. I guess it’s tradition. But personally? I think that’s a total waste of perfectly good food.

Pumpkins aren’t scary.
Pumpkins aren’t porch furniture.
Pumpkins are delicious.

I didn’t always know this. I used to walk past them in the barnyard and think, “Huh. Round orange thing. Weird smell.” But then one day, my little girl gave me a slice. No face. No candle. Just plain ol’ pumpkin. And friends—my life changed.

It’s sweet. It’s soft. It’s snackable.
And when it’s chilled? Oh-ho-ho. Fall luxury.

Now, I’m not saying I should be fed an entire pumpkin (but like… I wouldn’t say no). Just a few chunks here and there. Maybe a sprinkle of oats if someone’s feeling fancy. But please—no whipped cream. I’ve heard rumors. Horses + dairy = nope.

So while the hoomans are out there carving spooky faces and setting pumpkins on porches, I’ll be over here gently nibbling mine, savoring every bite like the seasonally appropriate gourmet I am.

Pumpkin spice? Never heard of her.
Pumpkin snacks? Yes, please.

Until next time—stay cozy, stay crunchy, and save me a slice.
